SHIPPING

Items needing to be shipped will be shipped as soon as possible. Business hours are Sunday through Saturday with the exception of holidays. Orders will be processed within 3-4 business days and shipped from our facility within 6 business days or sooner. RETURNS

In order to be considered for an Exchange or Store credit ONLY: you MUST email us as soon as you receive the package. We will then respond within 48 -78 hours to your email. Please leave your Name, Address, Phone, Email, and the reason of your return.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a partial refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

There are NO refunds only store credits available. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sweeterdreamsbeauty@gmail.com.


To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase!

 Please send your purchase back to our P.O. Box.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: 
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Returns
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be applied to your next item WITH a CODE or you will be mailed another item similar to the original item. Store credits will be issued on a screening basis which means if we notice you constantly require store credits, we will no longer service you. Be mindful if there is a denial, you will be emailed with your reasoning.
